07/07/2026: I bought two tarts for a birthday, one with red berries and one with apricot. It was almost 6 pm, but there was still a bit of choice, and the cakes were truly excellent, thank you so much!
They weren't dry at all; they held up well throughout the journey (about an hour). And I'll say it again, they were delicious!
09/06/2026: You rarely realize what goes on behind the scenes. I imagined a small team, but fifteen people in production is impressive.
Whether it's in the bakery or the pastry shop, the level of quality is truly exceptional.
Well done on everything that's been put in place! 👌

05/06/2026: Nice comfortable small not very expensive restaurant, with good options. For vegetarians it’s mostly salad and fries, rice. Very yummy sweets. Absolute gem. Nice lady who didn’t speak English, but we still could communicate.
27/05/2026: A place like you rarely see anymore: a very warm and friendly welcome. I'd only been once, and the lady remembered me and what I ate!
It felt a bit like home.
Homemade and high-quality food. The Caesar salad is authentic, and the curry vinaigrette is light and delicious!
Fresh, homemade fries.
I highly recommend it.

A low-quality meal. It felt like eating in a school cafeteria. Avoid it.

11/07/2026: Unlike previous visits, I'm very disappointed with the KFC in Seynod. I'm a loyal customer, but my loyalty card isn't working. The only explanation they gave me was a nationwide outage. I've worked in various stores and I'm a company director, and I've never treated, and I never will treat, a loyal customer like this. They offered no solution whatsoever. Normally, when there's a problem, they find solutions for the customer, which was completely the case here. On top of that, they forgot things in my order. They couldn't even be minimally professional, and there were no napkins or sauces—what a disgrace! I won't be going back. They've lost a loyal customer!
It's a shame. They used to have a competent manager and staff, but things have changed recently, and it's a complete mess.
I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Seynod; they'd be better off driving further and going to Epagny!
