Pub Au Bureau
Pau
15/09/2026: An excellent spot in Pau! An authentic and very friendly English pub atmosphere. The dishes are delicious and truly generous, all at a very reasonable price. A big thank you to the servers who are warm and welcoming — they even made us smile by matching the playlist to our taste!
03/09/2026: Romain was very professional and friendly, thank you for the service.

Subway
Anglet
01/09/2026: By far the best fast food! It's much healthier and so much better than McDonald's, Burger King or any other chain.
23/08/2026: Hello,
During my visit, two young saleswomen were present. One was smiling and welcoming, while the other seemed grumpy about working on a Sunday. (She was the taller of the two and, I believe, had tattoos.)
I simply asked her to add a few more pickles. She replied that she could only put six slices per person. However, in every Subway I've ever been to, no one ever mentions slices; it's ridiculous. Besides, I pay for a 100% customizable sandwich. She seemed annoyed by my request and said, "Well, I'll add two more since I'm not a wimp." What an inappropriate remark!
I'm not usually a difficult person, and small details are trivial to me. But people's lack of customer service makes me lose patience.
