26/05/2026: €3.90 for a Pistachio Sundae… which isn't even served with the "normal" portion.
Just drive a little further, there's another McDonald's less than 5 minutes away.
24/05/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's, which I usually go to regularly.
There were five of us ordering, so it was a large order, and it takes time to list the menu items.
The employee interrupted me three times because I was taking too long to speak, and therefore served three cars before ours.
This is unacceptable, especially since I was being literally interrupted; it's not like I was wasting precious time. I was in the middle of announcing the menu, and the microphone cut out to serve the car next to mine! (Three times!!!) In response, I got a "I have to move the drive-thru forward," but if you took the time to finish my order, the drive-thru would move much faster!
To top it all off, there was an ice cream missing from the order.
We'll come back, but I hope the staff will be more pleasant.

12/01/2026: Well, clearly disappointed. The meat used to be good, now it's just industrially frozen. The meat is cut very straight and in a rectangular shape, like in those industrial packages, and it has no taste. It's sad because the meat used to be good. And on top of that, there was no cheese...
03/12/2025: The staff were lovely, warm, and always smiling.
There was a wide selection on the menu, and the prices were very reasonable despite the recent increase. The service was quick, and the food was delicious.
Thanks again to the team for always being so pleasant.
I highly recommend it.

30/04/2026: The table service is truly unbelievable; every time I go here, there are always problems.
Today, I tried the table service, ordering directly from the QR code. The wait was over 30 minutes (ordered at 3:52 PM, received at 4:30 PM). I had to complain at the counter, and they claimed the order was already ready, but the staff didn't know you could order directly from the QR code. The items were left on the side for over 30 minutes, not to mention the missing items.
They served me cold food. I asked if they could heat it up, but they refused! It's outrageous! As if it was our fault!
The order was marked with the table number. We waited 30 minutes, and then they forced us to take cold sandwiches and fries.
I asked to see the manager, but he said he was busy and I should come back later (around 6 PM).
Seriously, that's ridiculous!
30/04/2026: No staff, the manager refuses to hire, you have to wait an hour, the whole of Claye-Souilly is complaining. This McDonald's is a horror

29/05/2024: A fuir!!! En un mot : immonde! Odeur dans l'air insupportable, wc très sales, tables non nettoyées, beaucoup d'attente et un repas qui arrive froid.
Mais comment Macdo accepte de laisser ce restaurant ouvert ?!
23/05/2024: Attente de 20mn avant d’avoir la commande. Mais avant tout le restaurant était SALE ! Plein de plateaux sales sur les tables. Aucun debarrassage par le personnel ni de poubelles vidées ! Elles débordaient !
Nous l’avons signalé au responsable mais il privilégie la vente plutôt que l’hygiène !
Il m’a répondu nous faisons passer les clients en priorité ! A vomir !!!! Même pas une excuse ! Ça ne le choquait même pas !

23/03/2024: A peine arriver dans le Mcdonald un froid vient nous taper sur les épaules et ceci tous le long de notre expérience. Nous commandons tous ce passe bien jusqu’à qu’on le reçoit notre commande et la nous découvrons que tous les aliments était froid comme dans le Mcdonald. Petit point positif mais si cela était froid nous avons ressentit le bon goût du Mcdonald. Pour conclure ils fesais énormément froid.
