27/01/2026: Tonight, I decided to go to KFC for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered at the drive-thru, and the staff were attentive, smiling, and offered great advice! My order was served quickly, and the team was always in good spirits. And the taste of the food—they truly live up to their reputation for fried chicken. I highly recommend it!
17/01/2026: Thank you, I just got home and the order I paid for is incorrect... I find it amazing that the staff are unable to do their job properly.

04/02/2026: Order a complete disaster and unacceptable service.
I was given an order that didn't match what I ordered. I refused it immediately. They told me a new one would be prepared… only to give me the exact same order again.
So I asked for a refund → flatly refused.
On top of that, all the food was cold: cold burgers, cold and soggy fries. It was inedible, I had to throw the whole order away.
And to top it all off, the desserts I paid for weren't even in the bag.
Paying for an incorrect, incomplete, cold, and inedible order, and then being refused a refund, is unacceptable.
Very bad experience, no sense of customer service whatsoever. And above all, they refuse to refund me.
02/02/2026: I've been twice now, and both times my order was wrong. The cookies had the wrong flavor each time... but otherwise, great service! Nice atmosphere
