18/04/2026: Hello, there was an error in my order and no Mario Bros. toy in my Happy Meal. (Even though it wasn't indicated that they were out of stock). We asked the manager about it: she didn't listen, was disrespectful, went off to the kitchen, and the only thing she said was, "I'm not the franchisee..." It's unacceptable not to have the toys displayed in the window, especially with the McDonald's ads where children see these toys! Go to another McDonald's where they respect their customers.

14/04/2026: Great McDonald's! Order placed via click and collect. It was served quickly and hot. The man who delivered it was polite and wore a hairnet to keep hair out of the order. There were no mistakes. And when I unpacked it, the sandwiches were generously filled.

06/05/2026: We wanted to use Click & Collect to be served quickly and feed our children on time. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes in the designated Click & Collect area, my partner went to check on our order. The response was, "We don't have anyone available for Click & Collect before noon." Luckily, we went to check, otherwise we'd still be there. The service was beyond terrible. Of course, the ice cream had already been made, so it had melted in the meantime, and the sandwiches and fries were cold. A completely ruined meal. And to top it off, three Happy Meals for the same price of £3 each—fantastic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

05/05/2026: We went through the drive-thru, we made a mistake in the order, we asked to cancel a wrap, she sighed, we told her we could hear her sighing, she replied "we're on a stopwatch", without smiling, in a haughty tone!
