17/05/2026: Fantastic food, staff is impeccable and so kind. Store was clean, and lovely to be here. Not too hot.

05/05/2026: Avoid McDonald's! 30-minute wait for a single meal, a drink, and two burgers, and when I finally got the burger, it wasn't even the right one.

06/05/2026: We wanted to use Click & Collect to be served quickly and feed our children on time. Unfortunately, after waiting 15 minutes in the designated Click & Collect area, my partner went to check on our order. The response was, "We don't have anyone available for Click & Collect before noon." Luckily, we went to check, otherwise we'd still be there. The service was beyond terrible. Of course, the ice cream had already been made, so it had melted in the meantime, and the sandwiches and fries were cold. A completely ruined meal. And to top it off, three Happy Meals for the same price of £3 each—fantastic! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

05/05/2026: We went through the drive-thru, we made a mistake in the order, we asked to cancel a wrap, she sighed, we told her we could hear her sighing, she replied "we're on a stopwatch", without smiling, in a haughty tone!
