06/09/2025: Twelve hours after making a reservation, the manor called to inform me that there was likely an error in the booking. I confirmed the error and wished to cancel because the only rooms available on my desired date were prohibitively expensive. I was told "OK" for a refund. I discovered the charge on my credit card 48 hours later. The manor then called: "You canceled 7 days prior," so you pay 100%. We are "generous" and will exceptionally offer a €50 discount. Shameful practice, no business sense whatsoever... avoid at all costs.
