Given the proximity to Italy, it might be better to offer simple, reliable cuisine, such as classic Italian dishes, rather than creations that are difficult to appreciate and could cause problems. At that price, a €7 tart is more expensive than at the airport, it's not homemade, it overlooks a parking lot, and the prices are like those on the Croisette with Parisian taxes.
