10/09/2024: After being refused a restaurant I was directed to Estello and what a nice surprise.
Super friendly waiters, they knew how to put me at ease even though I came alone.
I chose the entire menu with the suggestions of the moment: a delight! The salmon tartare, Ardèche trout and fondant, flawless!
Thank you, I'm happy to have taken the plunge of a solo restaurant at your place!

28/11/2025: A true gem, this unpretentious bar/restaurant offers delicious home-style cooking at very reasonable prices. The excellent service and relaxed atmosphere make for a truly enjoyable meal!
One of the few restaurants in town that serves late, I regularly had lunch there after 1:30 pm when no other restaurant would serve me... I highly recommend this establishment.
19/10/2025: Barely arrived at 1:50 p.m., no one noticed us on the terrace, after a long minute, I told myself that I would go and order inside, barely opened the door, I was reproached that I should have closed it, I entered this cramped room until I reached the dirty and messy counter, where a little old lady said to me in an authoritarian tone "what is it for?" , I told her about my order of 2 coffees and a carafe of water, but I was only allowed 2 glasses of water after complaining that my colleague and I did not have lunch, even though the sign clearly said BRASSERIE, CAFÉ, in short I asked her to pay by card and she gave me a curt no, accusing me of not having read the sign "credit card from 10 euros" which was only a few centimeters thick, to finish in my incredible kindness I offered to take the tray and bring it back to her but there too she was full so you have to know how to question yourself when you run a local business in customer service.

06/12/2024: Très cher Pour ce que nous avons mangé la viande était limite la sauce au poivre c’était de la flotte. On a pas eu le choix pour la viande, on nous a imposé l’entrecôte a 24 euros
La maouchette plat du jour était très bonne
Déçu, nous ne reviendrons pas et je ne recommande pas ce brasserie
Par contre, le personnel, Super

26/05/2024: Accueil très correct, nous avons choisi 2 menus gastronomiques à 30 €.
C'était bon, seul bémol, les portions étaient vraiment minimalistes !!
En entrée, de petites asperges coupées en 2 qui reconstituées se comptaient sur les doigts d'une main !!
Une assiette de poisson St Pierre à peine chaude que je signale et qui revient avec une quantité encore diminuée !!
Quant au dessert, la portion servie dans une aussi grande assiette aurait mérité d'être revue et doublée.
Bref, nous avons été déçus voire surpris par ces quantités restreintes dont le prix n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut espérer.
Je l'ai d'ailleurs signalé aux serveurs, encore une fois irréprochables, au moment de payer l'addition soit 71 € quand même....

19/09/2024: Excellente expérience dans cette crêperie.
Tant le service que le repas.
Nous étions à quatre avec notre jeune labrador et avons très bien été accueillis.
Les mets sont super frais et délicieux.
Les crêpes de dessert sont à tomber à la renverse.
A essayer sans hésiter.
06/09/2024: De passage à Privas nous nous sommes arrêtés à la crêperie qui était très bonne et prix tout à fait raisonnable très copieux c'est la première fois que nous sortions d'une crêperie repu si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans la région nous retournerons dans cette crêperie

23/07/2024: A peine au niveau d'une cantine, clairement rien n'est fait sur place, mêmes accompagnements, tout faits, que 6 mois auparavant avec le même goût.
Je ne m'attendait à rien et pourtant je suis déçu.
on ne parle même pas des desserts...
Si vous venez pour le cadre, et que vous vous moquez du goût de ce que vous mangez, alors ce resto est pour vous. (2 étoiles c'est pour le cadre)
