03/04/2024: Mediocre as can be. The impression that the cooking is sloppy unlike at the end of 2023! Restaurant or Self? It was very good and warm a few months ago. Unimportant establishment. It's a shame !

24/03/2024: Very disappointed We came there to have a good time. Soulless decor, atmosphere in the same style. Looking at the menu, there are no seasonal or local regional products. So we chose a plate of tapas from the menu: various donuts (frozen?) Black olives and sausage. Then requested blue steak, cooking not respected because slice much too thin, €25. Prawns (dish chosen by default since no regional offer) with vegetable risotto (a few very small pieces of carrot). Question to the waitress about cooking risotto, response, "I don't know". We were obliged to suggest that she go and find out. We are in Ariège where there are so many local products to highlight!!! Well, we don't understand at all the laudatory comments we read, has the chef changed recently?
