26/02/2026: Passing through Bar-sur-Aube, I stopped at this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is truly wonderful, a blend of the old stone walls of the cellar with simple, modern furnishings. The €29 Tradition menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing. Fresh ingredients, attractive presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The only slight drawback was the "gourmet coffee," which was a bit average. Thank you for the warm welcome.

05/03/2026: It's a shame there wasn't at least one smile, otherwise it was very delicious, but it was market day so it wasn't accessible.
10/01/2026: Perfect location, exactly as described.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.
The food is excellent, and the morel pasta is absolutely divine.

23/06/2024: Envie d une bonne viande ne pas hésiter. Viande très tendre ,frites maison... après d autres propositions à la carte qui donnaient envie..
Accueil très sympathique.
A refaire...
25/05/2024: Quelle bonne surprise ! Repris il y’a quelques mois par de nouveaux propriétaires, c’est désormais un très bon restaurant.Des produits frais permettant de manger sain ! C'est vraiment un régal ! Très bon accueil, service impeccable,le personnel est vraiment top ! Prix abordables,Je recommande +++++
