14/03/2024: Warm welcome from the chef. The menu fits on a metro ticket. The cooking is simple and good and the ingredients are quality. Everything is homemade. A pleasant stopover.
07/02/2024: Passing through during a motorcycle trip with several people, I can only recommend this address. Very warm welcome, no fuss with commas on the plate to decorate, here it's straight forward, it's plentiful, not expensive, and it's good! Glad there are still great places like this.

01/04/2024: A very warm welcome. In terms of catering, it’s great. Homemade dishes with fresh and abundant produce.
19/03/2024: Located in the heart of a small village in Aveyron, this quiet and welcoming hotel lived up to the evening spent, the room was clean and spacious, as for the meal, there was something for the view, and the taste, without forgetting the kindness of the boss.

02/04/2024: Good and sufficient portions of fries.
On the other hand, breast burned more than grilled. Also, found a hair under a piece...
For the aligot... Served warm with a sausage that must have been cooked or rather recooked 3 times.
Service without a smile and unfriendly. Next room (the bar) very very noisy.
Very disappointed overall.
04/03/2024: To flee !! Serve very very brown fries that are inedible because they were cooked in oil that hasn't been changed since, we don't know 😕fortunately the steak was of good quality. It is unacceptable to serve this, it is better to make some pasta which I suggested to the waiter.
