04/04/2026: A very bad experience from the moment we arrived. No greeting, no "how many of you are there?"—a cold and unpleasant welcome. There were several of us, and we simply asked to move to a free square table to be more comfortable: refused without explanation. Instead, we were given a wobbly, dirty round table that hadn't even been cleaned. Despite our significant food consumption, the service was lacking. We asked for a carafe of water: the waiter ignored us, with a very closed-off attitude, to the point that we didn't even dare ask again. I finally insisted, and I saw that he had served another table that arrived after us, with a carafe AND glasses… while we received a small carafe, without glasses. The contrast with his behavior towards other customers was striking: pleasant with them, but not with us. Perhaps he didn't like the look of one of the people sitting with us… I was very disappointed by this difference in treatment.

04/04/2026: As a regular customer of the Brasserie Le Rezéda, I am very disappointed with my experience today! I usually come with my family, and I've even been with my father, whom the waiter knows. Until recently, everything was fine. On our last visit, the service was already lacking, but we attributed it to a busy service... However, today, nothing justified what we experienced. The waiter took the time to joke and chat with the neighboring tables, while with us, his behavior was completely different. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children, and: No greeting upon arrival A cold, rushed, and unpleasant waiter When we called him, he simply said, "I'm coming," without ever really listening He didn't even know what we had ordered He walked past us without looking at us, showing no consideration Regarding the service: A carafe of water, requested several times, arrived very late It was placed down without a glass, and then the waiter left immediately When I raised my hand to ask for glasses, he looked at me... and left We did, however, order drinks, ice cream, and waffles, and remained polite from beginning to end. The contrast with the other tables was striking. It was hard not to feel that we were being treated differently, and above all, incomprehensibly... As a result, everyone present was shocked and clearly stated that they would not be returning! It's a real shame, because the place is lovely... but the service makes all the difference, and today it was simply unacceptable!!!
