In addition, there are two carefully composed salads, andouillettes, a steak tartare that can be customized to your liking, and remarkable truffle ravioli, which are particularly delicious. The open kitchen is a real plus: it allows you to watch the dishes being prepared and demonstrates the care taken with both the presentation and the quality of the food. The welcome is warm, and the service is efficient and attentive without being pushy. The establishment also benefits from a prime location on the Place de la Fontaine, which is very pleasant, especially on the terrace. The portions are perfectly balanced, generous without being excessive. An elegant and reliable establishment, where you'll gladly return for its consistent quality and welcoming atmosphere.
