21/08/2026: I found this restaurant through an app that calculates calories from photos. This dish, with its seeded salad, was a perfect fit for my remaining protein intake. The portion was very generous, and the service was pleasant in this small, quiet dining room.

21/08/2026: Tonight was about my 15th dining experience at this gem in Marseille. Probably my favorite restaurant in everywhere I’ve traveled. Fresh, creative, ever changing, always a beautifully composed explosion of flavor by a lovely Chef who does it all. I come to Marseille just to dine here. He juggles everything in this quaint restaurant effortlessly. You can’t go wrong. Unless you don’t think ahead and make a reservation! A++++

03/07/2026: We're from Normandy and recently discovered "La Maison Bohème." We received a very warm welcome from the young owners, who deserve to be encouraged. The food is homemade: congratulations to the chef! (The menu changes daily.) Well done! 👍

16/08/2026: As a Pink Floyd fan, the name of this restaurant immediately caught my eye, so I saved it to my "must-visit" list. A few days later, we walked past it, and the menu looked very appealing. After strolling along the street—which is lovely, by the way!—we decided to try this little restaurant. The owner is very friendly, and the dishes are delicious and generous. According to my boyfriend, it's super cool traditional cuisine. And let me tell you, the food has real flavor! The chef isn't afraid of seasoning, my friends. A delight. When we paid the bill, the owner offered us a homemade digestif: rum with ginger and honey. Very good. Go for it without hesitation.

12/07/2026: After desperately searching for a place to have breakfast without getting scorched by the Marseille sun (we love you, but this is getting ridiculous!), we settled on the pleasant terrace of the Black Bird where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a truly charming setting. The coffee was also excellent. A special thank you to Roland for his radiant smile.

17/04/2026: A sure bet on Cours Julien! And the floor doesn't even get sticky between parties 😄 More seriously, the atmosphere is super friendly, both outside and inside, and you can easily grab a bite, play the arcade game, or admire the best disco ball in Marseille.

15/08/2026: The waitresses were very awkward with my friend and me: being of Asian descent, we spoke to them in French because it's our native language and the only language we speak, and they answered us in French and then switched to English mid-sentence. Needless to say, we didn't sit down.

13/08/2026: We had high expectations of this place and sadly they weren’t met. Too many herbs everywhere, chutney was off and the bread not fresh. We won’t recommend, probably we got hyped by internet Service was friendly and fast, and the place itself is cute, too bad the kitchen is not matching that standard.

18/05/2026: Very disappointed with this meal. The asparagus starter was undercooked, the fish was a small fillet of sea bream served on a bed of peas and broccoli, cold as if straight from the fridge, and the dessert was simple: three tasteless strawberries drowned in industrial whipped cream. All this for €48 per person without wine.

04/08/2026: The service was a disaster. I've truly never seen such poor service. The quality of the food was fairly satisfactory, but nothing amazing.

04/08/2026: A disaster from start to finish. The service was appalling, provided by an incredibly arrogant waitress who was clearly more interested in talking down to the customers than doing her job. The sauce was simply disgusting, with a taste so strong it was reminiscent of vomit. As for the prices, they are completely outrageous for such poor quality. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

01/07/2026: The dish was super good (bacon + potato sandwich), the prices are generally very affordable and the place is very friendly!

08/06/2026: The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The classroom-like atmosphere with the books and comics is pleasant. I deducted one star because the toilets weren't very clean and were a mess; it's a shame because it can send the wrong message, even though the food is good.

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.
