04/10/2025: The setting, the welcome, and the ambiance are perfect. The products are of course excellent, and I recommend the mixed plate accompanied by a glass of white wine. I also loved the atypical character of "Mr. Franck."

Just so you know, the Phare West restaurant changed ownership almost a year ago. Please disregard any subsequent reviews and trust your instincts. Also, regarding the comments about the servers, they were young students just starting out and had their first experience working with you. Thank you for your understanding.
