30/04/2026: Warning! The positive reviews are from the previous owners!!! I had wonderful evenings at La Frégate in 2024, so when I wanted to celebrate my birthday, I thought of this place. However, the management has changed since then, and it's definitely not the same anymore! I contacted them and asked for a quote for 15 people, budget around 200 euros. The gentleman was friendly and quickly sent me the quote by email. When I called to make a few changes and confirm, I was put through to the owner 😱😱 I asked to replace the tapas with pizzas, and I could tell she was immediately annoyed. I asked to replace the Coke (clearly I didn't want to spend 10 euros on that kind of drink) with another type of soft drink, and then I got a lecture about how they have loans and expenses, that people like me want to enjoy their establishment until the end of the evening on a tight budget, but that they have to cover their costs... If my budget wasn't suitable, they should have said so from the start. When you can't listen to your customers' requests, you shouldn't offer to host them for their evening! In short, avoid this place; there are plenty of other places in Valence where the owners are happy to welcome their customers!

31/10/2025: Thank you to Marielle, Sylvie, and Lucas, as well as the kitchen staff, for their kindness, professionalism, and delicious food. I highly recommend it; it's becoming my daily go-to spot.

09/11/2025: I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. For an aperitif, I enjoyed a red fruit kombucha. What a surprise to find such drinks in this restaurant! I loved it. I continued with the set menu. For a starter, the vegetable soup was equally delicious. Then, for the main course, a raclette-style borage with a side salad. And for dessert, a mirabelle plum tart. It was delicious. I also greatly appreciated the quality of the service and the attentiveness of the very friendly waitress. We ate our meal in the covered terrace area, which was bright and welcoming. Thank you very much.

19/10/2025: There were 8 of us who came, we had little time because we had a ceremony right after, we asked to be served quickly. This was done and we ate really well, fresh and well-cooked produce. I recommend this restaurant.
