12/02/2026: Le Mermoz restaurant, located at Valence Airport, is an excellent choice that I highly recommend. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and very professional, making every visit a truly pleasant experience. The food is consistently high-quality, with a varied and comprehensive menu that offers something for everyone. The small outdoor bar is a real bonus, perfect for sharing a moment with friends or relaxing while waiting for a table. However, it's best to book in advance, as the restaurant is often quite busy. One small point to note for pilots: there's no direct access from the airside; you have to go through the terminal to enter and exit, but it's only about a five-minute walk.

08/03/2026: Beautiful decor, great welcome, we had a lovely break and enjoyed our meal.
13/12/2025: First time I went to La Frégate. The owner is friendly, but the manager's wife is not at all, not even smiling. We ordered a platter and a pizza, which weren't great. She was rude. We asked for service to get our drinks refilled, but I didn't have time. Very bad experience at this establishment, even though I was told it was nice. My friends and I left disappointed. I won't be going back. I feel sorry for their waiter, as the owner talks to him like he's nothing. In short, we won't be returning.

09/11/2025: I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant.
For an aperitif, I enjoyed a red fruit kombucha. What a surprise to find such drinks in this restaurant! I loved it. I continued with the set menu. For a starter, the vegetable soup was equally delicious. Then, for the main course, a raclette-style borage with a side salad. And for dessert, a mirabelle plum tart. It was delicious.
I also greatly appreciated the quality of the service and the attentiveness of the very friendly waitress.
We ate our meal in the covered terrace area, which was bright and welcoming.
Thank you very much.
19/10/2025: There were 8 of us who came, we had little time because we had a ceremony right after, we asked to be served quickly. This was done and we ate really well, fresh and well-cooked produce. I recommend this restaurant.
