03/04/2024: A big difference was made by the hotel on the fact that we were Smartbox customers, particularly on the evening meal where the single dish included in the formula was in fact a starter (the waitress told us!), therefore obviously insufficient in terms of quantity not to consume something else alongside... The restaurant prices are very high by the way! Allow €20 for a starter, €25 for a main course and €10 for a dessert. Even the drink was “Smartbox special” since I had a 20cl glass of coke, while a neighbor at the table had a 33cl glass bottle of coke. The drink included in the Smartbox is normally a glass of wine, so I had negotiated another non-alcoholic drink, I'll let you imagine the difference in price between a glass of wine and a glass of coke. All the other customers in the restaurant had a free appetizer except us. I did not at all appreciate this obvious distinction on the part of the establishment. The rooms are clean but tiny and noisy, the hotel staff smoke cigarettes right under the windows (thanks for the smell...) talk/laugh very loudly despite the late schedule (10:30 p.m.). To summarize, if you have a Smartbox, do not come to this hotel which will make you feel that you are not a classic customer who pays full price.
