25/08/2026: The sandwiches looked okay, but they seriously need to hire more staff to clean this restaurant! Fries and trash on the floor, on the chairs, overflowing bins... It's everywhere! The hygiene at this McDonald's is terrible; the state of the dining area and kitchen doesn't inspire confidence. Absolutely disgusting!

25/08/2026: We received a burger that raised doubts: we weren't even sure it was the one we ordered. Because we didn't notice the mistake at first, our child managed to take a bite out of it. We asked the staff, "Is this the burger we ordered?" They said no, and then took it away. We also noticed that we'd ordered a burger with bacon, but the burger they brought had no bacon at all. After this, we expected a new, correct burger based on our order. However, the staff simply took the same burger, already bitten, added bacon, and returned it to us. We still don't know if it was the burger we originally ordered. So, instead of correcting the mistake and replacing the incorrectly served dish, the staff simply added bacon to the already bitten burger and assumed the problem was solved. It's especially upsetting that this all happened during a child's birthday party. He was very upset and ended up crying. A situation that could have been resolved by simply replacing the incorrectly served dish ruined the child's birthday. I consider this attitude toward guests and this method of correcting the mistake completely unacceptable.
