29/04/2026: Delicious food and a unique experience. A great discovery.
27/04/2026: The pork wasn't cooked through despite being sent back to the kitchen to fix it.
I was bluntly told that it was farm-raised pork and that it should be eaten pink, not white. However, whether it comes from European farms or local farms, properly cooked pork is still properly cooked pork.
Sometimes you have to be willing to question yourself and accept constructive criticism.
