09/02/2026: A true discovery and one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in its category on the Pays de Retz coastline. The food is excellent at a very reasonable price. The view is simply magnificent. The service is impeccable. A bonus for the acoustics, which have been particularly well designed. A must-try.
01/02/2026: Disappointed for the second time: no flavor, no enjoyment in cooking and it shows in the food.

02/12/2025: Even before, the lady wasn't helpful,
But now it's a disaster. After waiting half an hour, we still haven't been served, not even an apology. This guy is pathetic!
Serious people, stay away, she never came back.
04/10/2025: We were out cycling and ate oysters here, accompanied by white wine. We received very friendly service and were able to enjoy the view of the Atlantic coast from our table.

A large restaurant with a lot of simplicity.
No set menus, a real restaurant menu.
However, with the tasting menu, you have to let the chef's mood guide you, who adapts to your tastes or food intolerances.
A delight for the taste buds, culinary discoveries, surprising and successful combinations...
Mmm, the haddock risotto and langoustine carpaccio...
The staff is wonderful, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and very professional. Just like chef Mathieu Guibert.
When will the *** be?
Probably when they reopen ;)

31/08/2024: Ce n'est pas mauvais, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Cuisine de tous les jours. Il manque la saveur qui donne l'étincelle.
Tarif non justifié.
Le personnel est aimable.

Si ça ce n est pas prendre les touristes pour des vaches à lait....

05/09/2024: Face à la Mer Le Rayon de soleil porte bien son nom, service rapide malgré un seul serveur cause hors saison, très bon accueil cuisine gourmande et goûteuse Pizzas 🍕 Breizh et Kebab merci d'être ouvert et bravo toilettes propres
