04/04/2024: Passing through the city center, my eye was caught by the storefront which stood out.
I let myself be tempted and to my great surprise, I discovered only local products on the menu.
No "industrial products", a simple and effective menu, a top-notch welcome from the team.
A Guémené andouille pancake is killer.
I will come back as soon as I am in the area.

We used to come there in Nantes.
From now on we will go to Savenay
04/04/2024: We come to the butcher's very regularly and this evening we were clearly disappointed.
Error on the drink order for the aperitif, then they brought us the dishes even though we still haven't had the board for my birthday. We kept the dishes to avoid waste.
Error on 2 accompaniments. The waiter (a new one) had clearly repeated what we asked but we wonder if he doesn't have another problem. The errors were quickly rectified but no gesture or apology at the end.
Oh my birthday party.

26/03/2024: Very nice establishment, welcoming. Very friendly restaurateur.
Even if we only come when we make the trip to Saint Nazaire, we never miss this pleasant restaurant with careful and delicious cuisine.
A special mention for its foie gras.
Thank you for your consistency in quality.

The food was good
On the other hand, it was very cold in the large room and there was festive noise linked to an event taking place in a neighboring room, so in terms of atmosphere I didn't feel very good there. the staff was friendly

The hotel calls me at 8 p.m. to tell me that they have given my room to someone else. (voice message supported)
First disappointment.
I have to find another hotel...
The next morning, another surprise, they collected the amount of the reservation.
It's very dishonest and they don't want to refund saying "I do what I want at home"
Not commercial at all.

06/04/2024: Regulars of this burger restaurant but increasingly disappointed by the quality of the products: burger bread which crumbles (freezing?), taste of the sauces, too salty, quality of the steaks
In terms of reception and service: nothing to complain about
