Being familiar with VOISIN products, I called the République store in Lyon this morning, April 16, 2026, to get information on the different packaging options. I introduced myself on behalf of our association, and the person interrupted me, telling me to call headquarters for any sales calls and that I was calling a store... I replied that I was aware of this and that I had a purchase request. Without even apologizing, she asked me what I wanted. I hung up and called the Rue Grenette store, which provided me with excellent information and took my order. I have just read many very negative comments. It's pointless to say you're sorry for this behavior: do something about your staff; it's unacceptable that such awful people behave this way towards customers.
