LA TAVERNE DES GROTTES
Saint-Pierre-Sur-Erve
02/08/2026: Very expensive for the quality; you have no choice but to take the €32 set menu: one main course and one dessert.
For that price, you expect better.
There were other customers who were unhappy with their steak and the wine!
01/08/2026: Very pleasant, well-located, and an excellent restaurant. The daily lunch menu is very appealing. A warm welcome, quality service, and a great location within the Saulges cave valley, near the museum, the Erve river, and the Margot and Rochefort caves. Good cuisine featuring local produce. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant le canyon 53 saulges
Saint-Pierre-Sur-Erve
07/10/2026: I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for several years, living in Saulges, and I appreciate it.
15/09/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The setting is idyllic and pleasant. The food was excellent (I don't understand some of the reviews!) and the service was quick considering how busy it was!
I highly recommend it.
