The dining room is pleasant, though it doesn't match the restaurant's entrance, which could give the impression of something less than pristine. There might have been a slight inconsistency in the cooking (but the chef is working alone, and his wife is serving). However, you need to be patient (2.5 hours for Friday evening's meal), so it's best to have something to talk about. There's a clear lack of organization, leading to long waits, such as 40 minutes for a chilled bottle of rosé (which was very good), even though we had specified that one bottle for two would serve as an aperitif. In short, a good meal—we thoroughly enjoyed it—quality wine with a wide selection at reasonable prices, but the service was too slow.
