27/06/2026: We were disappointed not to be able to visit Île d'Arz because of the exorbitant prices for a crossing of about twenty minutes. Here's why: the day before, we took a "cruise," a tour of the Gulf of Morbihan. It lasted 3 hours and 30 minutes and cost €50 for two people. When we saw the price for the short crossing to Arz with our two e-bikes—€88 round trip—we were shocked by the cost, especially since the fare from Port-Blanc to Île aux Moines was only €28 for two people with the same e-bikes. Why such a price difference in the Gulf of Morbihan? A local suggested it might be to encourage bike rentals on the island... I don't know if that's true, but if so, I find it rather outrageous. As a result, we didn't visit and won't go as long as the prices remain the same. And don't tell me "you could have walked, it's cheaper," we always go on holiday with our bikes. Besides, it's a matter of principle; tourists aren't cash cows 😒

30/11/2025: We received a very warm welcome! The menu was adapted to my dietary needs, the service was quick, the atmosphere was calm, and we enjoyed both of our meals :)

27/10/2025: Delightful little bar. We retired to the first open place on a Lundi, and stayed for 3 drinks and some fries waiting for the ferry. Waiter excellent, good drinks, and very entertaining selection of locals and staff. Would come back to the island just to have a few drinks!
