25/12/2023: Law No. 2020 -05 of February 10, 2020 published in the J.O. of 11/2/2020 applicable on January 1, 20222 requires the restaurateur to serve during a meal at the customer's request a free carafe of water and indicate this arrangement on the map or on a display area. The Hortensia restaurant referenced in the guides indicates on a small menu shown separately that the carafe of water is charged 5 euros. This provision is therefore quite simply illegal and greatly harms the image of catering in France and I add that when we point this out to the boss, he becomes aggressive, speaks informally to the customer and asks him to leave the establishment! !!!!

08/11/2023: Very poor commercial relationship: refusal to reimburse a reservation error made in an emergency despite the explanations provided.
