14/04/2026: Stay on Saturday, April 11, 2026 – Disappointing Experience We booked two rooms for the night of Saturday, April 11, 2026. Upon arrival, the reception was particularly cold and unprofessional. After a few minutes, we were informed that a credit card imprint was required to ensure compliance with the no-smoking policy in the rooms. However, we were not given any clear information regarding the exact amount held, whether this imprint concerned one or two rooms, or the duration of the hold, which is a legal requirement. Furthermore, the establishment was clearly lacking in cleanliness, as evidenced by the photos we took. Based on this overall experience, we do not intend to return to this hotel in the future.

07/04/2026: The hotel was super clean and pleasant, and the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend it.
