11/12/2025: A chance discovery during a frog leg dinner with friends... The frog legs were golden, succulent, and easy to digest.
The waitresses were very attentive and friendly.
During the evenings, an Italian singer, with his appropriate songs, created a fantastic atmosphere, and both rooms sang along, in Italian and French as well. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful setting by the Saône River when the weather is nicer! Thank you.

26/09/2024: We went there for my girlfriend's 20th birthday, the meal was very good. The boss is very cheerful, welcoming and commercial, which is rare these days.
We feel through the various exchanges with the boss that he loves his job and that he has a good heart.
A big thank you for the pleasant time we spent at Le Saloir. We highly recommend.
