12/06/2026: I tried the Iced Coffee to go at this Häagen-Dazs shop in Aulnay-sous-Bois, and my opinion is rather mixed. The drink looked really tempting in the photo, but the reality was disappointing. Plus, the wait was quite long, even though it wasn't busy. The whipped cream machine seemed to be out of order that day, so I got canned whipped cream instead, which melted quickly. Since I had ordered the drink to go, the cup overflowed, and I had it all over my fingers the whole way home. The end result wasn't great for the price. I'm only moderately satisfied, and I don't know if I'll go back.

10/06/2026: A terrible experience at Häagen-Dazs. I ordered ice cream and a coffee. The cashier told me he would bring the coffee, but after waiting for over 15 minutes, nothing arrived. I then realized he simply hadn't prepared my coffee and had forgotten my order. When I pointed this out, instead of apologizing, he responded rudely, saying he was alone and also had to prepare the pancake batter. I found this response completely inappropriate. Organizational or staffing issues are not the customers' responsibility. What's most incomprehensible is that several customers who arrived after me were served before me and received their drinks without any problems, while I was still waiting for a coffee that hadn't even been prepared. The manager was present but did absolutely nothing. No apology, no reaction, no attempt to address the situation. Seeing an employee respond to a customer in this way without the manager doing anything is particularly shocking. Waiting is one thing, but the lack of professionalism, forgetting the order, and the way customers were spoken to are unacceptable for a business with this reputation. I am very disappointed with this experience and I will not be returning.
