There are cobwebs in the men's room and urine on the floor in the women's. A little cleaning would be much appreciated. It's a real shame.

We had ordered drink packages, and processing them was complicated, with unclear explanations about Happy Hour and rather cumbersome handling. In the end, between the problem we encountered after the meal and the service that lacked fluidity and clarity, the experience was very disappointing.
