14/03/2026: I wanted to book a table at this restaurant after purchasing two Wonderbox "Exceptional Dinner" vouchers for €199.80. Since the restaurant was a partner, we chose to book for March 27th. When I called, the person who answered seemed to already be on a call and greeted my request with a joke: "We might be dead by then." I tried to respond humorously, thinking it was just a simple slip of the tongue. However, when I mentioned that we had Wonderbox vouchers, the tone changed abruptly. I was told curtly that "it doesn't work that way," that Wonderbox reservations had to be reviewed beforehand, that it wasn't the same menu, and that I should call back the next morning from 8:30 am onwards because she was busy with service. I was very surprised by the way this was said to me. The message could easily have been explained calmly and with a little more tact. I unfortunately felt excluded, as if a Wonderbox reservation was a problem or was taking the place of "real customers." Yet, a Wonderbox at nearly €200 is still a paid service, and it's obvious that a dinner for four also generates additional expenses (appetizers, wine, etc.). It's a shame, because this initial contact gave a rather unwelcoming impression. So much so that, in the end, we decided to dine elsewhere. One question remains: why offer the Wonderbox package if customers who use it are treated this way? Today they're Wonderbox customers... but tomorrow they might be regulars.

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day lunch yesterday for two, as usual: a warm welcome, a family atmosphere, and exquisitely prepared dishes. The highlight of the meal was the dessert, a large raspberry mille-feuille heart to share – simply divine! Kudos to the chef for his innovative approach and to the entire front-of-house team.
