Le Binjamin
Dissay
04/10/2026: This was our restaurant during our weekend in Dissay, with two consecutive visits. Delicious dishes, a blend of original flavors, beautifully presented.
The dining room was elegant with a lovely ambiance. The service was very friendly and professional.
03/10/2026: The food was good, but... the chairs were filthy, the atmosphere noisy, and our birthday greeting was simply forgotten, with just a "my bad" at the checkout. The table next to us wasn't forgotten, which was awkward. So no, I won't be going back.

And above all: the ingredients are fresh, the menu changes daily, and IT'S DELICIOUS!

Small downside regarding the SPA where there were no instructions, we were not able to take full advantage of it
