23/09/2024: I came to plumière for just three days, I ate at the restaurant twice. Decent dish, although I came a little late once, the other time on Sunday I had not reserved. The waitress who manages a lot of things at the same time kindly welcomed me, although I noticed that she was doing a lot of things is that she (doesn't appreciate that I am not reserved) which I can understand.
I told him I had time.
This lady is nice and really good at her job. Thank you again, sorry for not having booked and for having done something extra for you. In any case I will come back, Madam is really efficient and manages the table well despite the rush. I wish you only good and thank you for serving me despite the stress :)

22/01/2025: Not tested the kitchen. Pleasant welcome. The restaurant is in a Napoleon III carriage because the casino is located in the old Plombières station. Opposite, the park for walking
