Les Bains de Minuit
Wimereux, 20-30€
05/09/2026: Very average. The pasta was indeed fresh, but not at all salty. The gorgonzola sauce was very runny, so instead of eating it with the pasta, it just stayed on the plate. The carbonara was simply dry, but generously topped with guanciale. Apparently, this is normal and done on purpose to appeal to the widest possible range of customers.
05/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic! Warm welcome, impeccable service, pleasant atmosphere, great food, I highly recommend it!
