05/06/2026: Excellent dishes served by staff who love their work and their restaurant. Beautiful presentation, good ingredients, and flavor combinations that blend perfectly. We highly recommend it.

01/05/2026: We came for dinner on a Saturday evening, a party of three, to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, despite past incredible experiences, we didn't find that same enchantment in the flavors. 😏 The €98 tasting menu was essentially the same as the other, less expensive menus. Nothing more! Yes, the food was still very good—that's the minimum you'd expect at that price! But there was no real discovery in the flavors of the dishes. The desserts didn't impress us, not to mention the petit fours at the end of the meal! A small bowl of violet popcorn and two marshmallows 😬 I hope to try again and not let this one meal be the deciding factor in giving a better rating because you're capable of much better, having tried it yourself!
