20/08/2026: Chef Alexis certainly knows his stuff. Hearty, robust, and inventive cuisine. Fresh, seasonal produce, prepared with care. A compote of sweet and tangy onions, a puff pastry providing the necessary crispness, enhanced by rich and meltingly tender gizzards. And that's just the starter.
