Chef Alexis certainly knows his stuff. Hearty, robust, and inventive cuisine. Fresh, seasonal produce, prepared with care. A compote of sweet and tangy onions, a puff pastry providing the necessary crispness, enhanced by rich and meltingly tender gizzards. And that's just the starter. We could write pages about what's to come. I'll let you discover it for yourself. All this at a very reasonable price. A must-try. P.S.: Take a peek at the kitchen window and you'll understand.
