During a trip to Lannemezan, I stopped for lunch. - I specify: I had RESERVED The boss made me: a grated carrot salad from “super u”. (clarification made by Chantal) A confit with peas and carrots in duck juice reheated and served cold at the table. It was so bad that I didn't finish the dish... 24/08/2024: Chantale, an incredible personality! Here it's a cuisine without fuss, it's generous, it's family, a "grandmother's" cuisine! The dish of the day decided by the boss will delight young and old! And always at a totally unbeatable price!!! It's simply incredible!
