28/04/2026: I ordered the caramel pork, which was clearly not caramel at all, with way too much pepper and a very small portion, for a total of €11.50. You might as well go to a kebab shop; I strongly advise against it.

We had the €21 set menu. The portion size was a bit small. A shame, because it was very good. For dessert, we had the "homemade" pineapple, which was straight from the can, which was a real shame.

09/06/2026: Extremely disappointing stay at Logis Hôtel le Fleurance.
I travel regularly and I can say that this was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. Accumulated dust, cobwebs with live spiders, dirt in the corners, poorly maintained fixtures, dirty electrical outlets, and an overall impression of a complete lack of upkeep.
When I reported the cobweb with a spider in the room to reception, no real solution was offered, under the pretext that the hotel was full. The most shocking thing is that I later found the spider squashed on the floor, which demonstrates that no serious cleaning had been done.
The bathrooms were also dirty. The shower provided barely lukewarm water, and the fixtures seemed old and poorly maintained.
As for the restaurant, dinner was a huge disappointment: bland, tasteless, and uninteresting food. I ate because I had to, but certainly not for pleasure.
I took numerous photos that attest to the actual state of the room and its amenities. Given the level of cleanliness I observed, I believe this establishment does not meet the standards one has the right to expect from a hotel. The health department should take a closer look.
I would never have stayed if the reservation hadn't been made by my company…
I particularly regret the management's lack of response and consideration in the face of such obvious problems.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

11/08/2024: 1 Etoile c'est trop ! : Août 2024 (nouveaux propriétaires) Les tarifs des plats ne sont pas correctement indiqués. La planche a 20 € sur l'ardoise passe à 37 €. Le serveur nous dit qu'il peut faire un mixte charcuteries et fromages sans nous dire qu'elle serait à 37 €. Le martini à 6 euros a été facturé 9€50 pour un peu de schweps en plus dans le martini (la petite bouteille de schweps est a 3€50 mais nous ne l'avons pas eu). Il y avait un petit concert ce jour la mais sur les affiches il n'y avait pas noté qu'il fallait payé 2 € supplémentaire par plat commandé pour le concert. Sur l'ardoise il n'y avait que noté 2 euros supplémentaire en bas des plats sans indiquer que c'était pour le concert. Les premiers plats servis deux assiettes de frites froides 1 heure après notre commande, puis les autres plats au fur à mesure et le dernier 1h20 après car on nous informe qu'il n'y a plus la viande commandée. Nous allons à la caisse régler et avons une facture salée de 250 euros pour 6 apéros, 5 plats et deux assiettes de frites. Nous réclamons le ticket de caisse détaillé, on nous répond que ce n'est pas possible. Après x réclamations en leur mettant sur un papier ce que l'on avait pris avec les prix on nous rembourse 64€ (car il y avait les 2 euros en plus par plat commandé pour le concert et 3€50 en plus pour quelques gouttes de schweps dans un martini alors que rien n'était indiqué sur les ardoises...). ILs ont du croire que nous étions des touristes ! sympa ! La quantité a baissé par rapport aux tarifs et aux anciens propriétaires...
Ce restaurant est à fuire à présent ! Le photos des plats ne correspondent pas à ce qui est servi !

10/03/2024: Pas de carte...4 plats proposés par Léonore au service en salle. Nous avons choisi entrecôte et tartare.
Portions très copieuses et bien préparées.
Un bémol de taille : la viande vient d'Allemagne ! Dans une région d'élevage bovin, ça nous a vraiment surpris.
S'il vous plaît, servez du local.
