07/03/2026: We didn't meet the new owners in person because we have a dog and the current booking policy no longer accepts pets, which I respect. Despite this, the phone conversation I had with them was very courteous. It's a shame we couldn't book again because the property is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent. We had a wonderful family holiday there last year.
06/03/2026: The new owners' responsiveness and attentiveness have changed. You have to call, text, or email multiple times to get information or even call back before they'll actually reply! This is unprofessional! It's truly regrettable!
