Restaurant Le Mat-Bar
Saramon
16/09/2026: We stopped by Mat Bar today for a drink and a bite to eat: We devoured the best lasagna in the world! The chef, in addition to her smile, is an incredible cook. A great find. It was hard to get back on the bikes after such a delicious and hearty meal.
17/08/2026: A friendly bar in the village square. We had a drink there after a long hike.
