20/09/2026: An unbelievable experience - the second time we have been there.
A stunning restored mill that is beautiful in every way. The grounds are wonderful too, with a swimming pool and petanque area.
It's just outside the main town, so exceptionally quiet.
The rooms are absolutely wonderful. A mix of old fashioned style, mixed with contemporary luxury.
Denis and Aline are the most wonderful hosts, spending time with us chatting about various things. Aline's cooking was a wonderful delight to experience. This year it was warm enough to eat dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace - another wonderful experience.
Nothing was too much trouble for Denis and Aline, and they made us feel most welcome again.
Definitely one for the memory bank!
Nothing but 5 out of 5 is justifiable!
24/07/2026: I stayed at the moulin de laumet for 4 nights last june. What a special and historic place: a centuries old building, restored with care, in a beautiful garden.
Denis and Aline were good hosts, and I enjoyed breakfast as well as the diner. The Moulin is a place to come back, an excellent base to explore the Gers, enjoy the wine of the Côte te Gascogne and not to forget the Armagnac.

14/09/2026: A quick stop on the road and a very pleasant surprise!! The meat was of exceptional quality, and the cut (300g sirloin) was worthy of a truly excellent meal... the friendliness and service were top-notch! If you're passing through, go there... I highly recommend it... I thoroughly enjoyed it... and the price was very reasonable, right on target 🤣... so what more could you ask for, eh?!
04/09/2026: We stopped for lunch at this restaurant on our way back, having stumbled upon it, and we weren't disappointed. Excellent value for money, welcoming staff, quick service – I highly recommend it.

19/09/2026: We've been eating there for years and have never been disappointed. The food is high quality and delicious, the staff are lovely, and the decor is beautiful. It just needs a little more music. I highly recommend it!

23/09/2026: The cuisine is refined, varied, and the portions are generous. It's a great place to eat well, deliciously, and freshly prepared food (everything is homemade).
14/08/2026: 25 minutes without being served for 7 drinks when there were 10 customers, which confirms the other negative comments. What a shame!

04/08/2026: The pizza was good but a little lacking in ingredients, and most importantly, the price list wasn't up to date – that's illegal!
31/07/2026: Excellent pizza, friendly and helpful staff, and a pretty cool atmosphere too. Definitely coming back when we're in the area!

25/08/2024: Tutto fantastico, passavano di li per caso, cercavamo un posto dove mangiare un buon pranzo è questo ristorante si è rivelato una piacevolissima sorpresa! Accoglienza Top della proprietaria, locale bellissimo molto elegante , fresco, pulito, spazioso, tavoli apparecchiati in un modo davvero raffinato, staff super gentile, cameriere( di cui ora non ricordo il nome) sorridente e gentile.. Ma passiamo al cibo... Super delizioso!!! Gli agnolotti al ragù fatti da loro sono qualcosa di indescrivibile.. Mi hanno riportato alla memoria quelli che faceva a mano mia nonna.. Sapori autentici e genuini come anche il vitello tonnato di ottima qualità.. Con salsa deliziosa.. Tutto in porzioni stra=abbondanti, ed a prezzi giusti , i dolci poi.. Superlativi.. Un infinita' di scelta in quel cartello dei desideri (dolci)😍la torta Zurigo... Merita un 10!
Che dire.. Torneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare altre bontà..
Consiglio vivamente a tutti di fare una tappa al ristorante il Centro.. Perché oggi qui noi abbiamo trovato oltre al buon e genuino cibo.. Uba Proprietaria del locale con il suo staff che lavora con passione e professionalità al servizio dei suoi clienti, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stelle per voi

alla carta e menu degustazione.
Consiglierei il menu degustazione. abbiamo mangiato a pranzo e preso un menu degustazione da 35 €. vitello tonnato, fritto misto piemontese ed infine carrello dolci.
Tutto eccellente ed abbondante.
Vasta anche la carta dei vini.
Consigliabile.
Ci ritornerò.
