12/04/2026: We ordered a birthday cake for 15 adults and the experience was simply extraordinary. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also delicious. Special mention goes to the generous portions; even after half the guests went back for seconds, there was still plenty left, and the slices were very generous! A huge thank you for this high-quality work; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

05/04/2026: This will be the last time, for good. I ordered a cake for my son's birthday and called a few days later to make sure his name was spelled correctly and to explain that it was important, as it was his 30th birthday. Of course, when I picked up the cake this morning, there was no plaque, so they just threw it together on a hastily cut chocolate plaque, his name misspelled, a plastic "Happy Birthday," and no "30" on the cake itself. It was a huge disappointment, knowing how important this is for a mother, and I made that clear to Ms. Besson when I spoke to her on the phone. But it seems we don't share the same values, and especially not the same level of customer service. And since this is the second time, it's goodbye for good. Not even as a backup.
