Okinawa EURL
Cestas
25/09/2026: I have been eating there quite regularly (on average every 2 weeks) for several years, and it is the best Japanese restaurant in the Bordeaux region.
17/09/2026: Never disappointed by Okinawa. The W menu is the best :) Very friendly staff! I come here very often and I love everything about it! The only downside is that everything is plastic when you order takeout… they should switch to recyclable cardboard… Seeing so much single-use plastic in 2026 is heartbreaking.

Jiovanni Pizza

27/09/2026: A customer for years and never disappointed... The new owner is very professional, kind, and accommodating. The pizzas are simply delicious. I recommend it 100%!
Thank you and see you soon!
06/09/2026: We ordered two pizzas tonight. Mine, burrata with extra salmon, was exceptional 🤌🏻🤌🏻. Without exaggeration, the best pizza I've ever eaten. (You should definitely add it to the menu 😉). The presentation of this pizza was also very aesthetically pleasing, which added a very nice touch. As for my son's, cheese with extra merguez sausage: very good.
Well done, Vincent, you're doing a great job. You can be proud of yourself ✅

Les Grépins

27/09/2026: I got married a few weeks ago. We rented the venue and hired Nathalie for the catering. We were more than satisfied; from the cocktail hour to the meal, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Nathalie and Jérôme took excellent care of us. Everything was superbly organized. The venue and the grounds are lovely and secure with the gate. The value for money was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.
22/09/2026: The facilities and setting, both inside and out, are impeccable, and the location is great with ample secure parking.
The owners are very friendly and attentive; I highly recommend them.

Le Trinquet

17/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant is located opposite a shopping center. The interior is lovely, and the service is pleasant and friendly. The delightful manager immediately made us feel at ease. The cocktail 🍹 and everything from the appetizer to the dessert was delicious and flavorful – kudos to the kitchen! Excellent Pessac/Léognan wine. 🍷 And the outdoor terrace will be reopening soon! 👏
28/08/2026: On our way to our holiday destination, we dined there twice!
Excellent food and a warm welcome!!

Bistrot de la Pinede
Cestas
29/08/2026: Restaurant located in an industrial area catering to the area's employees. Quick and efficient. Good, hearty meals.
11/08/2026: Half an hour from Bordeaux. We found this place by following the reviews.
The waiter speaks Spanish and Portuguese and was very friendly, which made our stay very pleasant.
The food is good, homemade, and very reasonably priced at €12.90 per dish, including the daily menu.

10/07/2026: We held our wedding at this establishment in August 2025, and we return from time to time. We have wonderful memories of excellent meals; the staff are welcoming and make you feel right at home. The location isn't particularly impressive, but the food is superb. Keep up the great work!
08/07/2026: I had the opportunity to discover LE VERDUN in Bordeaux, and it was an unexpected discovery! The warm welcome and impeccable service made me feel right at home from the very first moment. Le Bistrot du Centre
Cestas
06/09/2026: We came to eat at Bistrot du Centre on Friday, September 4th, and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely shaded terrace at the back of the restaurant. As for the meal, it was generous and the presentation of the dishes was beautiful. Well done to the new chef! And a warm welcome.
My 96-year-old mother also enjoyed it. An experience to repeat; I highly recommend it. Ariane

Les Chais d'Haussmann
Cestas
10/10/2026: Warm atmosphere
Refined and excellent cuisine
27/09/2026: Staff were grumpy, I was expecting fries but there were none, the caviar portion was tiny, the service was extremely slow to take our order and then to serve us, the restaurant is very expensive. Taking our order took a very long time, I didn't understand the woman, could you explain again? I'm giving it a...

Le Bistro 287
Cestas
22/04/2026: My first evening as an active young retiree, sensitive to good accordion music ("scribemétal"), flute, lyre, banjo... and eager to learn the steps of polka, Scotch, mazurka, and bourrée in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere (without getting a big head). I haven't had lunch or dinner yet, but I'm enjoying a traditional dance evening with 16 fantastic musicians and about 30 dancers from local associations in the Gironde region: Cadansa, Traderidera, Mascaret Basque...
The owner is hardworking and fully committed to this friendly, cultural, and musical exchange between instrumental experts and dance instructors. And let's not forget the newcomers, who are always warmly welcomed, supported, and pampered by the wise veterans!
I highly recommend you try the experience and meet all these warm people (in these times it's a treasure trove of positive energy) Françoise B.
08/03/2026: The Bistro offers musical entertainment, e.g., on the 1st Friday of each month from September to June, a traditional dance with music provided by a collective of musicians, open to everyone.
