08/08/2026: Once again, a very enjoyable time spent at this establishment. (First visit 2023)
The service is impeccable, both from the young, newly qualified waitress and her more experienced colleague.
The food is delicious, with a fried carp that was simply excellent—for me, the best. Delicate batter, light frying, perfect cooking.
The dessert was divine, and the house aperitif was truly excellent.
Two small personal observations, offered with the best of intentions:
In the regional menu, the terrine is good, but the crudités are a little below your usual standard.
The house dessert is slightly overrated.
Otherwise, as I said: impeccable.
It's a 1 hour 15 minute drive, but I will gladly return. 👍👍

The welcome in the dining room is warm, with a very friendly and attentive staff member from beginning to end. The cuisine is original, full of flavor, and perfectly executed. You can tell there's real effort behind each dish.
The prices are very reasonable considering the quality offered, which is becoming rare these days.
An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend; I'll gladly return! 👌

24/06/2026: The pizza was completely uniform, with the same taste regardless of the type. Considering the price, I expected a much better and more attractive pizza. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it.
04/06/2026: Whether it's for pizza, pfanalas, or sushi, everything is always delicious! Quality ingredients, generous portions, and top-notch service. The owner is also very friendly and always welcoming. A place I highly recommend! 😉👌

26/08/2026: I bought a kougelhopf yesterday. What a disappointment!
It had no kougelhopf flavor whatsoever, but instead a very strong taste of rancid butter. Horrible.
Poulaillon has a good range of products, but this is truly beyond disappointing.
23/08/2026: Enough is enough: we are regular customers and greatly appreciate the "bûcheron" bread, soft inside and with a nice crispy crust. The bread we bought yesterday, Saturday the 23rd, for a good Sunday morning breakfast, was a tasteless, dry, and, above all, defrosted loaf, with its telltale white collar. Shameful! The least they could have done was mention it!
Even when I was buying it, I was stunned to see the saleswoman put down her broom and dustpan and, with the same gloved hands, take my bread and serve it to me. Offended by this unacceptable and reprehensible lack of hygiene, I didn't want to make a scene. This morning, it's the last straw. There's no respect for the customers, which I will no longer be, and, even worse, this absolute and basic lack of hygiene, even setting aside the relative risks of COVID, is completely unacceptable. And I'm not even mentioning the tables; a tray doesn't remove the crumbs left by previous customers. This is evident in several of your stores that we used to frequent. It's lamentable; your business is declining. You're resting on your laurels, which have withered like your bread and your respect for your customers.
Nevertheless, there are fortunately other bakeries that truly care about customer satisfaction.
