Auberge des Trois Vallees
Hirsingue
20/08/2026: Delicious fried carp. Worth trying! 👏
13/08/2026: A romantic weekday dinner. The atmosphere is calm, the service friendly. The cordon bleu and hanger steak were cooked to perfection and the meat was excellent! Thank you again for the thoughtful touch for our 10th wedding anniversary 🥰 In short, a great find!

Le petit grain de sel
Hirsingue
14/06/2026: Absolutely top-notch, no doubt about it!!
07/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery!
The welcome in the dining room is warm, with a very friendly and attentive staff member from beginning to end. The cuisine is original, full of flavor, and perfectly executed. You can tell there's real effort behind each dish.
The prices are very reasonable considering the quality offered, which is becoming rare these days.
An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend; I'll gladly return! 👌

Pizzachrono.com

24/06/2026: The pizza was completely uniform, with the same taste regardless of the type. Considering the price, I expected a much better and more attractive pizza. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it.
04/06/2026: Whether it's for pizza, pfanalas, or sushi, everything is always delicious! Quality ingredients, generous portions, and top-notch service. The owner is also very friendly and always welcoming. A place I highly recommend! 😉👌

Patisserie Gerber
Hirsingue
23/06/2026: Stopped by for some pastries. Small bakery with very good and original pastries. The almond and chocolate-banana filled breads are fantastic.
04/06/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything is excellent: the bread, the pastries, and the cakes. Always a pleasure to stop by! 😊🥐🍰

Poulaillon
Hirsingue
21/09/2026: I usually have my lunch at the chicken coop, but today I found a bee in the salad…
26/08/2026: I bought a kougelhopf yesterday. What a disappointment!
It had no kougelhopf flavor whatsoever, but instead a very strong taste of rancid butter. Horrible.
Poulaillon has a good range of products, but this is truly beyond disappointing.
