Once again, a very enjoyable time spent at this establishment. (First visit 2023) The service is impeccable, both from the young, newly qualified waitress and her more experienced colleague. The food is delicious, with a fried carp that was simply excellent—for me, the best. Delicate batter, light frying, perfect cooking. The dessert was divine, and the house aperitif was truly excellent. Two small personal observations, offered with the best of intentions: In the regional menu, the terrine is good, but the crudités are a little below your usual standard. The house dessert is slightly overrated. Otherwise, as I said: impeccable. It's a 1 hour 15 minute drive, but I will gladly return. 👍👍

A wonderful discovery! We booked for 15 people on Friday evening for Saturday lunch. The welcome was truly warm and friendly. The service and food were excellent. We will definitely be back.

A very pleasant restaurant, with ample parking, a friendly and welcoming entrance, tables spacious enough for four people, quick order service, generous and beautifully presented dishes, an interesting wine list, and the owner who comes around to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend this establishment.

We had planned and tried to book a table at "Au Petit Grain de Sel" this Monday, April 13th, but alas, although it was listed as open... the door was closed. So we stopped by this inn without a reservation, and we're so glad we did! We ordered two set menus and a children's menu, and everything was delicious, generous portions, and very pleasantly served. A truly great place in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

We had dinner at Les 3 Vallées to try the Carpailles menu, which was truly excellent. We had a wonderful evening with friends. The staff were very friendly.
