Auberge des Trois Vallees sur Hirsingue

We had dinner at Les 3 Vallées to try the Carpailles menu, which was truly excellent. We had a wonderful evening with friends. The staff were very friendly.

Highly recommended. Perfect service, from the welcome to the table service. Very pleasant staff.

Disappointed, arrived around noon after booking for a 2 pm departure. The service was very slow for two set menus. Service wasn't based on the order of arrival. We found the staff friendly but rather overwhelmed; they walked past the tables but didn't clear them or take the next order. I think two hours for two set menus is excessive. Furthermore, there was a minor issue with my salad, without going into details, but complimentary coffee would have been a nice apology; unfortunately, it wasn't offered.

Great restaurant, good food, varied dishes, and reasonable prices. Friendly waiters and waitresses. A little noisy next to large tables, but nothing too bothersome. I recommend it.

A warm welcome, attentive service, and excellent food made with quality ingredients. We go there often and we will be back.
