09/06/2024: We come from time to time to this kfc with my boyfriend, until now, apart from the long service, it was okay... but today... nothing was okay... no more fries cooked at 8:30 p.m., we waited for our order for over 25 minutes... During this time, two drinks fell onto our tray which was waiting to be finished. It was served to us as is, the paper set completely wet and the tray sticky. There was no more cobette, the gentleman at the counter had not indicated it, I had to ask where the corn was and he told me that it had been replaced by fries because there was no had more. Some fries were cold. The ponpon is surely the impressive detachment that the employees showed towards waiting and dissatisfied customers. Very disappointing for a big chain like that... we expect a minimum of professionalism.

31/03/2024: We were amazed at the organization in the kitchen. Five people present but management to be reviewed. Four people to do the washing up, one in the kitchen and no one to take orders, a long line crossed the shopping center but obviously nothing alarming for your staff. If I may, I think two people, or even one, are enough to clean in order to take orders quickly and avoid a line that fills up too quickly. I hope my advice will bear fruit. I study management and I find it a shame for a channel to have such disorganization, especially on a Saturday afternoon. Otherwise, the pancakes were good, even after finding eggshells in mine, but I still give five stars for the kitchen because it can happen to anyone. I still recommend this address because the quality ratio is really satisfactory.

23/02/2024: We ordered the dish of the day: pasta in tomato sauce with porketta. The whole thing turned out to be completely vile, tomato sauce coming out of a certain 1st price can, the pieces as hard as concrete. Nothing was going right, running away...
