Les meilleurs restaurants en Kaysersberg

27/09/2024: First, I want to share my experience about the service. I’ve been to many places and restaurants in France, so I understand the French culture and service. However, at this restaurant, the service from the lady with short blonde hair was really terrible, disappointing👎🏻 no smile, no welcome, and she lacked a service-minded attitude. In contrast, the young man was friendly and smiling, which was appreciated. The foie gras was great, but everything else was just okay, nothing special. I rarely leave negative reviews, but if you’re looking for good service and a warm welcome, this restaurant is one to avoid☹️

20/09/2024: Die Begrüßung war schon ohne Augenkontakt, luststlos uns zu bedienen, die Wartezeiten zu den Bestellungen ewig lang, das Essen war gut, aber der Service eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nach dem Essen über 35 Minuten auf die Rechnung warten müssen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, das die Inhaberin auf deutsche Gäste keine Lust hat. Wir sind in letzter Zeit viel in Frankreich unterwegs und haben viele nette Franzosen kennen gelernt, das hat uns einen Schritt zurück geworfen, schade.

20/09/2025: Very good hotel, we are satisfied with the staff, the rooms are a little small but the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is very satisfactory and plentiful. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed visiting Colmar, the Haut Koenigsbourg castle but also the village of Kasersberg where I went a long time ago, the fields of vines as far as the eye can see and its magnificent houses. Eventually, if you have time to get to know the winemakers, you might have the opportunity to taste their excellent vintages of the grape varieties they are. It is a region of France that you must see.

01/09/2024: Unfreundliches Verhalten der Bedienung! Sehr schlechter Service! Definitiv nie wieder! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

21/08/2024: Vraiment très sympa comme endroit. Nous avons pris le plat du jour (salade) qui était simple mais délicieux avec des produits ultra-frais. Le couple sur place était très aimable.... Nous avons passé un très bon moment sur la terrasse. Le Rieder est situé un petit peu en-dehors du centre, on y était bien au calme alors qu'ailleurs tout était bondé. A conseiller!

22/07/2024: Very friendly and warm staff. Good value for money with large pizzas and a very acceptable price.
