22/03/2026: Discovered this place at lunchtime today, the menu is better than that of a wine cellar in the same village, the food is excellent in both quality and quantity, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return.

04/04/2026: If we could give more stars, we absolutely would! L’Alchémille was a truly exceptional discovery. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: attentive, warm, and highly professional without ever feeling overbearing. Each dish was a work of art, both visually and in flavour. The Chef demonstrates a remarkable mastery of ingredients, especially plants and vegetables, creating compositions that feel almost magical. Every plate took us on a journey through herbs and plants, with beautifully balanced and surprising combinations. I chose the vegetarian menu while my husband opted for the regular menu, and we were both equally delighted from start to finish: every course was thoughtful, refined, and absolutely delicious. The commitment to locally sourced ingredients shines through in every bite, elevating the entire experience. The wine selection was equally impressive; we chose local pairings and discovered some truly unique and memorable Alsatian wines. By the end of the evening, we were in complete agreement: L’Alchémille fully deserves its Michelin star, and if it were up to us, it would certainly have at least two. A truly unforgettable culinary experience.

02/04/2026: This is the first time I'm leaving a review without even setting foot inside the restaurant. We'd been wanting to try Alchemille for quite some time... They offered us Alsace Star vouchers (vouchers worth a certain amount) which they refused to use on weekends... Come during the week... You're already closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (and of course, you have the right to rest, that's not the point), so that leaves us with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday... But no, I'm not going to rush through a gourmet meal during the week just to use a €400 voucher... The week is a completely different situation than a Saturday when we don't have to work the next day and can take our time... I'm extremely disappointed, to the point that I don't even want to try you anymore. In fact, no more Alsace Star vouchers will be purchased, neither by us nor by our friends and family, who are themselves extremely disappointed.
