09/04/2026: The place is charming, decorated simply but tastefully, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. They were very accommodating with my food intolerances (we had informed them beforehand). Everything was delicious.

22/03/2026: Discovered this place at lunchtime today, the menu is better than that of a wine cellar in the same village, the food is excellent in both quality and quantity, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely return.

The staff are nice and friendly, we have ordered La Flambees, burger and some kind of pasta
All three was tasty
I recommend this restaurant will be back definitely later when I come to this village

The service was impeccable, and the staff were very attentive.
Highly recommended!

L’Alchémille was a truly exceptional discovery. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: attentive, warm, and highly professional without ever feeling overbearing.
Each dish was a work of art, both visually and in flavour. The Chef demonstrates a remarkable mastery of ingredients, especially plants and vegetables, creating compositions that feel almost magical. Every plate took us on a journey through herbs and plants, with beautifully balanced and surprising combinations.
I chose the vegetarian menu while my husband opted for the regular menu, and we were both equally delighted from start to finish: every course was thoughtful, refined, and absolutely delicious.
The commitment to locally sourced ingredients shines through in every bite, elevating the entire experience. The wine selection was equally impressive; we chose local pairings and discovered some truly unique and memorable Alsatian wines.
By the end of the evening, we were in complete agreement: L’Alchémille fully deserves its Michelin star, and if it were up to us, it would certainly have at least two.
A truly unforgettable culinary experience.
02/04/2026: This is the first time I'm leaving a review without even setting foot inside the restaurant. We'd been wanting to try Alchemille for quite some time... They offered us Alsace Star vouchers (vouchers worth a certain amount) which they refused to use on weekends... Come during the week... You're already closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (and of course, you have the right to rest, that's not the point), so that leaves us with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday... But no, I'm not going to rush through a gourmet meal during the week just to use a €400 voucher... The week is a completely different situation than a Saturday when we don't have to work the next day and can take our time... I'm extremely disappointed, to the point that I don't even want to try you anymore. In fact, no more Alsace Star vouchers will be purchased, neither by us nor by our friends and family, who are themselves extremely disappointed.

07/04/2026: Dark room, outdated decor, unpleasant service. Tasteless food. Avoid this place, it's a tourist trap.
01/04/2026: For €20 per person, we enjoyed a meal at this restaurant with two dining rooms and a small terrace (closed at the end of March 2026) overlooking the river. A colorful mural adorns the room near the bay window where we were seated (three steps up). The service was professional and discreet.
The atmosphere is noisy when the smaller room is full.
We ordered three tarte flambées (Ribeaupierre and Munster cheeses) for €14.50, two glasses of Pinot Gris (€4.60 each), one Alsatian-style Coke Zero (Elsass Cola, €3.90), and one espresso for €2.70.
My two companions really enjoyed the tarte flambées, finding them very thin and crispy all over. Personally, I prefer crispy edges and a softer center; otherwise, they remind me of a large potato chip. The toppings were decent. The serving board is made of plywood, as is sometimes the case. The food was quite good. The wine was good.

The snails are not incredible, defrosted and therefore the sauce very watery, without fat.
Very good garnished sauerkraut, for big eater the 6 meats is not too much.
10/12/2024: Good welcome. Friendly staff who know the compositions of the dishes. Excellent winemaker's salad. Hearty sauerkraut and refined dessert all on the local menu. Good value for money.

23/04/2026: The setting is very charming, with a simple and efficient organization! The food and drinks are served quickly. The service team is excellent and always in good spirits. Feeling a bit peckish, I ordered the ham and cheese crepe, which was delicious and flavorful. They also serve traditional Alsatian dishes, of course, which looked very appealing from what I saw on other tables. The cocktails on offer are also very varied and well-received! A very pleasant stop while visiting this beautiful village. I highly recommend it!
23/04/2026: We come to 119 regularly.
The food is excellent, as is the service. The negative review left by two very unpleasant couples two days ago in no way reflects the pleasure of coming here to spend a very good time. We hope never to receive such people again.

12/04/2026: Dinner for three (table reserved by phone). A warm welcome and equally pleasant service. A typical Alsatian setting in a large dining room, just what we were looking for. The dishes were (for us!) very generous. A lovely, well-garnished sauerkraut and a very tender lamb shank. Delicious dishes, a real pleasure. A good selection of Alsatian wines by the glass, 50cl (carafe), or bottle. No disappointment whatsoever; we highly recommend this establishment.
08/04/2026: The vegetable plate was perfect and paired wonderfully with the Alsatian wine!

27/09/2024: First, I want to share my experience about the service.
I’ve been to many places and restaurants in France, so I understand the French culture and service.
However, at this restaurant, the service from the lady with short blonde hair was really terrible, disappointing👎🏻 no smile, no welcome, and she lacked a service-minded attitude.
In contrast, the young man was friendly and smiling, which was appreciated.
The foie gras was great, but everything else was just okay, nothing special.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but if you’re looking for good service and a warm welcome, this restaurant is one to avoid☹️
20/09/2024: Die Begrüßung war schon ohne Augenkontakt, luststlos uns zu bedienen, die Wartezeiten zu den Bestellungen ewig lang, das Essen war gut, aber der Service eine Katastrophe. Wir haben nach dem Essen über 35 Minuten auf die Rechnung warten müssen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, das die Inhaberin auf deutsche Gäste keine Lust hat. Wir sind in letzter Zeit viel in Frankreich unterwegs und haben viele nette Franzosen kennen gelernt, das hat uns einen Schritt zurück geworfen, schade.

20/09/2025: A very good hotel; we were satisfied with the staff. The rooms are a bit small, but the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is very satisfying and plentiful. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed visiting Colmar, Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, and also the village of Kasersberg, which I visited a long time ago. The vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see, and the houses are magnificent. If you have the time to chat with the winemakers, you might even have the opportunity to taste their excellent wines made from their own grape varieties. It's a region of France that's well worth seeing.
