12/06/2026: Food was excellent, great products used and a lovely journey. I had the 8 course, with a couple of wine pairings. Service however was something I wasn’t expecting to be this neglectful. I arrived alone and chose this restaurant because of the amazing recommendation in the michelin website. I travelled alone for my birthday which I mentioned and while sitting alone I just got quick information on the dishes and that’s that. Which is fine when it’s busy, but I’ve been blessed to go to similar restaurants and star restaurants and there you always get more attention. When the two last rounds came I wanted some extra wine but they were gone before I could ask. And after my last course it took them over 20 minutes to notice me asking for the bill. I am a bit frustrated, and I somewhere hoped that there was a little birthday congratulation. But no. To me I felt not happy when leaving, which is a huge difference with the amazing food.

21/06/2026: We were very disappointed with this restaurant. First of all, in such hot weather, I advise against eating inside; there's no air conditioning or fans, and it's extremely hot. As for the rest of the meal, the Gewurztraminer and the glass of red wine were warm. The sauerkraut was very good and plentiful (which justifies a 2 instead of a 1), and the fish was very good, but the portion was so small that we were as hungry as when we started the meal. When the waiter came to clear the table, we mentioned this when he asked if everything was alright. The restaurant offered us a starter if we wanted. How could we wait for a starter when half the table had already finished their sauerkraut? So we decided to order desserts, but no discount was offered on the bill. Note that during the meal, we told the waiter we would order the same bottle for the next course and put it in the freezer to chill, but it was served to us as hot as the first. In short: 3 sauerkraut dishes, 3 measly fish dishes, 2 warm bottles of Gewürztraminer, 2 beers, a glass of lukewarm red wine, and 2 desserts for the modest sum of €300. We ate when we got home... P.S.: What a disappointment not to have used the restroom; apparently, that's the restaurant's strong point.

20/06/2026: The flambéed faux filet was excellent. The tableside preparation was particularly interesting. I highly recommend this restaurant! The staff was very attentive.

06/07/2026: Excellent farm inn in the hills between Kaysersberg and Riquewihr: magnificent views, rustic atmosphere, efficient and friendly service, excellent products and dishes. We had a wonderful time with friends at lunch. Thank you!

14/06/2026: An authentic and unforgettable experience! An extraordinary, warm, and attentive family. Cuisine prepared exclusively with local and seasonal products, cooked with passion and respect for tradition. The view is magnificent, and the friendly atmosphere makes each visit unique. A place I highly recommend!

03/07/2026: From the starter (Alsatian-style snails) to the Münster rösti, it was amazing! I highly recommend it. Exceptional

03/07/2026: The dishes were of very good quality. I had a 300g ribeye steak that I devoured, and my partner had an excellent forest rösti, although we felt it was a bit small for €22.50. The wine list is extensive, and the local produce is something we really appreciated. However, we had a slight issue with the service. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water, and we suspected the waiter at our table was overwhelmed. One of his colleagues quickly came to his aid and served us promptly after taking over. Overall, the meal, the quality of the food, and the service were, in our opinion, very reasonable.

The waiters are very hospitable and speak fluent English, making the experience even more comfortable. It’s a popular spot, so reservations are definitely recommended.
