13/05/2024: nous sommes restés 3 jours au Riesling et tout fut parfait, de la qualité de la restauration ,au confort et à la propreté de l'hotel. personnel très accueillant, disponible et attentif à tout. le chef vient nous saluer à l'arrivée et au départ. Maison de grande qualité à conseiller absolument.
28/04/2024: Une superbe surprise aceuil service assiette on reviendra rapidement très loin des restaurants arnaque a touristes ici tout transpire le vrai que du bonheur

08/06/2024: Delicious experience yesterday with "ASPARAGUS IN PICKLES, PEASANT BACON CREAM, SMOKED MAGRET AND PARSLEY VINAIGRETTE" (tasty, fantastic cream) "LAMB HAZELNUT COOKED AT LOW TEMPERATURE, CREAMY POLENTA AND ITS JUICE" (gloriously cooked) and
“LOW-TEMPERATURE PORK NUMBERS, VEGETABLES, DAUPHINE APPLES AND MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE” (tender, with well-balanced ingredients).
Super cremant de Alsace - which cantin was it??? 😀
